Born in 1978, Fiona Ackerman was raised in Montreal, QC. She studied art at Concordia University, and graduated from The Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design with a BFA in 2002. She has exhibited her paintings in both group exhibitions and solo, most recently at the Jurgen Kaspar Gallery in Nuremberg Germany, Galerie Soleil in Montreal, and the Diane Farris Gallery in Vancouver. Fiona lives and works in Vancouver, BC.
