DEADLINE REMINDER:  Applications are due Friday January 15th!  Don't miss out - the application deadline for the Untapped Emerging Artist Competition is quickly approaching!  Untapped is a juried competition in which 16 emerging artists will be awarded a free space in The Artist Project Toronto!  This is an excellent opportunity to participate in a professional-level art fair and to showcase your work to gallerists, collectors and art enthusiasts.  Click HERE to download an application.

Winners Will:

• Receive a free space in the Open Gallery section of the show (approximately 10 linear feet)
• Connect with 10,000 visitors, gallerists & art buyers
• Network with artists from across North America
• Get promoted on:  The Artist Project website, show guide, press releases & other marketing materials

Who Can Apply?

• Current students and recent graduates (no more than 3 years removed from post-secondary / graduate-level education)
• Self-taught artists who have been practicing / exhibiting their art for less than 3 years
• Artists working in all media are encouraged to apply.  A limited number of larger spaces are available for installation and/or video & new media projects.
• Winning artists must be able to travel to Toronto and be personally present for the duration of the show (March 4-7, 2010)
